There are pharmacies EVERYWHERE! But for some reason they seem to keep very strange hours with most closed during the afternoon, and closed before 7:30pm – and you can forget about getting your meds on a Saturday afternoon or at any point on a Sunday. Having said that, there is a system where there is an “after-hours” pharmacy in most neighbourhoods on a rotational basis.
General Pharmacy Hours in Cyprus:
- Monday: 8am – 1:30pm, 4pm – 7:30pm
- Tuesday: 8am – 1:30pm, 4pm – 7:30pm
- Wednesday: 8am – 1:30pm
- Thursday: 8am – 1:30pm, 4pm – 7:30pm
- Friday: 8am – 1:30pm, 4pm – 7:30pm
- Saturday: 8am – 1:30pm
- Sunday: Closed
